No menses from 2 months

I am a 18 year old female.I am having irregular menses from last 6 months.From last 2 months I am not having any menses.I recently passed class 12 and was having a lot of stress because of studies and results.During my periods i had backache and painful stomach ache.My periods last for 4 days.The amount of blood flowing in my menses had also decreased before it stopped.Within 2 months I have also increased a lot of weight.My height is 5ft4inch.plzz help me...

IN ADDITION NAT MUR 6X, RIVE TABS THREE TIMES A DAY AND KALI PHOS 6X, FIVE TABS ONES A DAY FEED BACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
