I feel terrible four to five times a day shaking my head and crying slowly can't tolerate intolerant pain or tightness in my head....

After 3 days
Take anacardium orientale 30c 3 times a day for 3 days only
(One dose is 2 drops directly on tongue)
Do not repeat

I have tried anacardium 30 didn't work but then anacardium 200 might work 10 to 20percent but still suffering from the heavy head, headache, insomina cantc sleep upto 3AM, fear of ghosts, fear of dark can't evee close eyes, recently seen ghost and touched also bybghosts like sat on my chest, but the big problems are insomins, heavy tight head, zero concentration although frequency of panic attacks reduced by use ofoAnacardiumu200 but when they come come with great intensity

Sir sorry to feedback so late I havehalso tried Belladonna 200 through this forum Now I have no headache but nerves moving up and down as well as always annoying unpleasant feeling in mind heavy burdened head with zero ambitions whole day laid down please suggest some medicinemthat completely calc and relax me and allal me live smoothly
