Pimples

I use lot of medicine but result zero I have lot of pimples in my face Please give me tips how can I treatment it

6. What other physical / mental symptoms do you have? Describe the symptoms in detail.

7. How is your thirst; Less, Normal or Excessive?

Antimonium crudum 6c twice daily and Kali bromatum 30c once a day for 7 days. Report back in 10 days.

1 dose is 2 pills or drops.

I used antimonium crudum 6c twice and kali bromatum 30c once day but after 10 days the result no effect still pimple like red pimple r there no effect check this pic and suggest me
