Breathing difficulty

Male
Age - 37y
Weight - 80kg
Height - 173cm

--------------------------------------------------------------

I am having breathing difficulty time to time along with sweating and runny nose. I am also feeling lack of oxygen in my head. My head feels light.

This problem starts when I eat something cold, sleep under cold Air Cooler, I sweat a lot and do not change my cloth, and so on. The problem exacerbates during night and rainy/cold weather. My breadth is short, and I can't sing. Sometimes I run out of air while I am talking.

The problem aggregated during the night, and seriously hampers my sleep.

I took some medication in 2012 which I don't remember. My problem was totally gone at that time. Now, it is returned again.

During previous few months, I took Kali-curb 200c, Sulphus, and Bryonia.

When I took Kali-curb 200c, it was gone for a month and then came back again. Sulphur which didn't work. I didn't continue Bryonia. Because, I needed a quick relief.

Nowadays, I am taking mainstream medication like Sulbutabol and Fexofenadine. I am taking them thrice a day they give me quick but temporary relief.

Any help?

I am in serious pain.

I began taking medication on Sunday, 30-SEP-2018.

My condition is improving steadily. But, it seems like the process is slow.

Is this slowness expected as usual?

DON'T EXPECT MIRACLES.

START DOING KAPALBHATI PRANAYAM FOR 15 MINS EVERY DAY.

YOU HAVE TO SHED YOUR WEIGHT ALSO.BY TEN KGs.

GIVE A FEEDBACK SO I CAN TELL.

It feels like the medication worked up to a certain point towards improvement, and then it hit a certain bump (like a speed breaker). It is not being able to go past that speed breaker.
