Anal fissure

Dear sir

My mother suffering from anal fissure from last two days it is due to hard stool.

Before this few months ago same problem happened.

Please advise wonderful remedy of homeopathy.

Again yesterday symptoms start. Bleeding and pain.and also fear to go bathroom.

I gave her acid nit 200 and cream pilex
