Low back ache
I have pain in lower back since 2 month.it feel after waking up or in cold weather.when i go for urine or stool pass i feel it more.during sitting i feel pain.or for standing too long.dr has given me cal flor 30 n bellis per 30Riya3 on 2018-10-22

How much water you drink everyday i feel 15 to 20 glasses.i feel thirsty most of the time
Any Digestion issue yes constipation always
Any mood swing yes become angry easily

Dear Rita,
Please modify your diet with more protein and calcium.
Take Mag Phos 6x 4 tab 4times daily dissolving with lukewarm water.for 15 days.feedback thereafter.

Sur i have already taken mag phos 6x for 1 month.no benefit.just want to know dr has given me homeo cal..is dere any sideefect of it.doee it can cause kidney stone.
