pain in left wrist+weight gain required

HI I`M HASSAN 29 YEARS OLD SLIM WGHT: 52 KG, HEIGHT: 6`2``

I`M HAVING AN PAIN IN MY LEFT WRIST ONLY, IT DOES NOT SEEMS TO BE A SPRAIN OR SOMETHING. AND IT IS THERE SINCE 1 AND HALF YEAR. IT OCCURS WHEN MY HAND IS PUSHED IN A CERTAIN DIRECTION

PLEASE ADVISE

ALSO ANY ADVICE ON HOW TO GAIN WEIGHT? I EAT CONSIDERABLLY, BUT STILL UNABLE TO GAIN WEIGHT. GYM AND OTHER SUPPLEMENTRY SOLUTIONS ARE TOO IMPOSSIBLE TO ACHIEVE GIVEN MY HIGH METOBLISM AND WORK LIFE-

Take
1.Rhus Tox 200c 4 pills at morning in empty stomach for Day1 & Day2.
2.Mag Phos 6x 4 tab at Morning, Noon,Evening from day3 onwards for 1 month.
3.Kali Phos 6x 4 tab after dinner from day3 onwards for 1 month.

*Dissolve tablets in lukewarm 20 ml water & sip it in not less than 5 min....for SL 2 & 3.
**Don't eat/drink/brush teeth 20 min before or after medicine.
Feedback after 40 days.
