Sleep apnea

Sir, she is sleeping with mouth open.2.she is snoring but sound reduced.3.previously she wake up suddenly and grasping for air but now she is sleeping till morning.
Why I have given Ars alb is one of my friend told me to try this . His wife is Asthma patient and also snores profoundly. Unlike allopathic medicine homieo is not dangerous. Hence I tried this.
If I am doing wrong please tell me to rectify my mistake. Please guide me with proper medicine and with what potency and frequency I shall give her. In our family I had bronchitis. Has she acquired this.
But she is not having any phlegm. But she feels something in the through and cough just to clear it but gives only dry cough.

Sir, my daughter had one month 15 days baby and the baby is on infant milk from day one as she had no milk for Brest feeding.She completed the course prescribed by you. She is using metered gas inhaler prescribed by her doctor for bronchitis. Sometimes she had very little phylum with cough but not always. At present she could sleep but with mouth open and snoring (sound reduced) but coughing little to clear her throat.
Her decease has some improvement but not completely.From two days she is having joint pains.
Initially it started with wrist pain and orthopedic doctor said she had “Dq.tenosynovitis “ and advised rest with a bandage no medicine given and asked her to consult physiotherpy doctor.
Today when my daughter had pains in some other junctions she visited her family doctor she told her that she had “Auto immune disease “ and the pains are the result of it. My daughter had c-section for giving birth to baby.
For snoring and and occasional coughing what shall I do?
Here(USA) doctors are not giving powerful pain killers nor antibiotics. As she is suffering with pain I gave her Arnica 200c only at nighttime but it didn’t work.
Please prescribe good medicine for snoring (sleep apnea as told by doctor) one doctor prescribed inhaler for bronchitis other gave CPAP machine for sleep apnea.

She completed her course starting with nux vomica ,sambucus nigra,and ferroum pho’s.
Still she had the snoring with mouth open and occasionally clearing her throat with little cough.
She is still practicing the ujjai pranayama with the assistance of video and yoga known friend.

Excuse me for my doubt.will the medicines have side effects.As she is having joint pains now I want to clarify my doubt.

I told you in the beginning of my reply to excuse me if my doubt is wrong.I think you have not properly understood my reply. When a person expressed his doubt and also excuse(a strong repentance) not simple sorry I thought you will not be harsh in your reply any how sorry once again.
She is continuing her ujjai pranayama which is very simple.
You said repeat for 15 days does it mean to continue the medicines nux vomica,sambucus nigra and ferroum pho’s or only ujjai pranayama.
If the medicines are to be continued is it in the same pattern ie., starting from nux 3 days next sambucus nigra and ferroum pho’s for 3 days .
