Sleep apnea

I am 70 years,diabetic,hypertensive.I suffer from sleep disorder called sleep apneadiagonised by the doctor.I feel breathlessness and suffocated during the sleep and wake up to breath and this happens many a times during the night.I am told that I snore heavily during the sleep.I am under treatment of Anuj Srivastava for post catract surgery problems. Because of these health issues some times I am developing suicidal tendency
kindly suggest
