Took Ruta G 1M as advised. No changes observed while lifting a plate.
Please let me know what to take next. Should I take Arnica CM more doses?

Thanks for your response.
I injured my wrist playing basketball in nov 2017, 1.5 years back. There is No injury now, no swelling but pain on ulnar side of wrist. The doctor said its a TFCC tear, as per the MRI. Got it examined again today.
The doctor has 3 options - live the way it is, get steroid injections (which hasn't helped) or go with the surgery. Even with surgery, chance is that there may be no improvement. But he says 90-95% will be better.
Will really appreciate any help you can provide. So far nothing has helped.
