Looking for help for my senior cat

Hello friends
My female 13 year old cat is ill. She is indoor only. Her Cato didn't look good. She was showing aggression to our other pets. She was treated by our vet. She had very hard stool. Her anal glands were over full. She was emptied out her anal glands. She was given a steroid injection. Depro . 7 days ago. Developed a sneezing and now coughing. She is eating and drinking but she is sneezing and not active. She is sleeping a lot.
I think she has a cold. She has very little discharge. Clear. She may be fighting feline herpes. One of our 3 indoor cats has feline herpes. I think she needs some help to boost her immune system. And relief of the upper respiratory issues. I had been recommend from this forum to give nat mur and ferrem phos for my cat with herpes. I'm hoping to help her with the sneezing and coughing before it gets into a secondary bacterial infection. I hope someone can recommend a remedy to help her back to good health. Thank you

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
She is 69
Vet doesn't know without blood work. Suggested starting with thyroid. Her advice was to see how the steroid affected her.
She said it would be a big change if it works. No change.
She said it could be lots of thigngs might be pre ibs irritable bowel syndrome.
She is indoor only here in California USA
