And whenever you get angry,irritable etc. just close your eyes and focus on the incoming breath and outgoing breath. Let the breath flow normal as it is and just focus your mind on breath for some time.

From morning to till I am very angry with myself with people with my wife, with colleagues and with my parents. And there are strange thing doing in ears due to anger, I don't know how to I have to calm down. Now I'm taking sleeping pills and tell you tomorrow my condition. I am very upset. Very angry. Very irritating situation. And don't want someone talk to me. Now I am alone in my room and going to sleep.

I am feeling grief, Depression, fear and disappointment.
Hearing problem in left ear. Heaviness in left ear. I still took sleeping pills and now i am working in my office. swing moods with headache. Violent angry.

Okay.
I don't want to touch Ativan and Fluoxetine. Take it the way you are taking.
As for Serc 8 which the doc gave you for tinnitus I would like to decrease the dose to once a day for few days.
For Cetrizine take once as you are taking but give at least 4 or 5 hours gap between 'Ativan/Fluoxetine' and Cetrizine. They sometimes tend to react.(Reaction is moderate)
-Also never take Ativan and fluoxetine together.(Reaction is severe between the two)
-Also take Salic. and Kali only twice a day.
Hopefully the intensity will decrease in coming days.

Sorry I cannot change the dosage of my allopthic medicines without Doctor's suggestion.

And if you want you can ask doctor for suggestion next time you meet him and tell him you are also taking homeopathic treatment for the problem faced. No worries.

It will be hard to say the probable time period. It depends on person to person on how will he react and how fast will he react positively. Many permutation and combinations are there. Wait for few weeks to notice changes.
