I took Nux Vomica 1M on 07-May-2019, now i am feeling tiredness, weak and sleepy. feeling sleepy at 12:00 to 8:00 pm. Now i am feeling better. Please advise

Tell me d degree of changes in your issues that you told in your post like:
-Anxiety
-Nasal problem
-Hearing
-Constipation
-Headache and darkness before eyes when standing up etc.
Do you smoke/drink. And this feeling of tiredness started when and does this occur at this exact time and is it the first time or has it happened before.

Q-Anxiety:
Ans: Sometime feeling more anxiety with headache and back upper pain.
Q-Nasal problem:
Ans: Dry Nostril after taking Nux Vom.
Q-Hearing:
Ans: More tinnitis and feeling that there is water and something in middle ears specially in the left ear.
Q-Constipation:
Ans: Now diarrhea from 10 days. Not constipation
Q-Headache and darkness before eyes when standing up etc:
Ans: Yes it is still present.
Q. Do you smoke/drink. And this feeling of tiredness started when and does this occur at this exact time and is it the first time or has it happened before:
Ans: I never smoked and drinking. Yes i feel tiredness in starting of summer season.
I want to tell you I have problem of low sperm count and low sperm motility. And I have more sexual desire but very low sexual power. There is premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction. My doctor prescribed viagra, i feel headache and tinnitis in ears after taking viagra. These problems are presented before using these remedies. Please advise homeopathic remedies which also cure my sexual illness as well as other problems.

Means improvement is close to none mental/physical?
Answer few of these
-You also told you have eczema. Tell a bit more about it. Any other skin problem you have/had.
-Do you still feel brain separated from body,You are not alive etc
-Do you feel homesick.
-Is there any pain/discharge in ears. Also does tinnitus occur during or after sex.
-Does headache always on left side, eye,ear,nose.
-Do you still have hemorrhoids.Does it bleed easily.
-Lastly a bit more about your vertigo. Does it accompany nausea/tinnitus etc.

Ans: It is on the right foot. Feeling itching and want to tear it. It's bleed. Sometime dry skin.

Ans: sometime i feel it.

Ans: Yes. I feel more sick when there is weekend.
Q-Is there any pain/discharge in ears. Also does tinnitus occur during or after sex.
Ans: No pain in ears. Sometime feel pressure of blood in ears. After sex there is tinnitis in ears. And after taking Viagra.
Q-Does headache always on left side, eye,ear,nose.
Ans: Yes headache mostly on the left side but sometime on right side and sometimes in all head.
Q-Do you still have hemorrhoids. Does it bleed easily.
And: Yes hemorrhoids is present. When i have constipation then hemorrhoids bleeds only some drops of blood.

I am feeling more Headache and darkness before eyes when standing up and little bit vertigo. And pressure on nose and eyes. Yesterday i could not sleep while i took Ativan 2 mg.
