makeup your mind that you will be better. and try to avoid medicine as much you can
as I want you be free from medicine and live healthy life .
still you are free to repeat the dose whenever you feel any issues but when it is require don't take the dose until you feel. you required.

Kindly refer to my previous post.
I had taken a single dose of Muriatic Acid on 15th May and no other medicine.
There was some relief but my condition has deteriorated somewhat now
Low grade fever had dipped and it had come down to 98.4 in morning and 98 at night
Low grade fever is now creeping up . My temperature in morning now hovers around 99 F . In the daytime it goes up to 99.6 and comes down slightly by night. At the moment the temp is slightly above 99.6
There is no relief in constipation and flatulence even though I continue to take 6 to 8 prunes per day and a tsp of triphala churna with warm water at bedtime
The scalded feeling In the tongue on waking is less now but the tongue coating is as before .
Debility and weakness has increased. There is a feeling that the cause of the debility and weakness seems to be centred in the stomach.
Body warmth is going down, there is feeling of slight chill even when I run fan at low speed . AC is a bit more tolerated but at setting of 28C or above. The stiffness in toes has increased a bit.
Kindly consider and advice further course of medication.

Kindly excuse me for bothering you again
I took single dose of muriatic acid 30 on 15th may and took another dose on 23rd may .
Till yesterday my condition was somewhat stable .
There is some relief in fever . The morning temperature is around 98.5 and it rises during daytime to around 99 to 99.4 but comes back to around 98.5 in evenings even though my morning temperature in normal health is 98 or below .
Urination during daytime has improved.
Constipation and flatulence are somewhat worse now .
The blockage of left nostril during sleep is still there.
Stiffness in toes is still persisting.
Yesterday night was very troublesome. I woke up around 2 AM and felt chill all over the body ,specially in chest region. There was no shivering but I had to switch off the ac and could not tolerate even fan. My pulse became weak and rapid around 100 bpm. There were some palpitations also but not intense .After about an hour the chill started subsiding and pulse became almost normal
The effect of chill remained till morning and I am still not feeling normal.
The body weaknesses , tiredness and feeling of fatigue are increasing.
I have also noticed that there is mild pain in the left side of lower back when I get up in morning. It gradually subsides during daytime.
Kindly review and give your valuable advice regarding further course of medication.

I took a dose of muriatic acid 30 on the morning of 8th June
My present position is as follows
My morning fever is hovering around 99 . It rises a bit during daytime and comes back to around 99 in evenings.
Urination during daytime has improved further.
Constipation and flatulence have become more stubborn despite 6 to 8 prunes during daytime and a tsp of triphala powder with hot water at bedtime.
Stools are hard and dark brown. There is a feeling of fullness and light heaviness in the abdomen which increases in evenings and nights and is relieved temporarily after stools in the morning.
Tongue is lightly coated whitish except the tip and edges which are pink, with two longitudinal cracks in the middle.
There is slight improvement in the stiffness of toes and fingers.
Appetite continues to be low and I am still totally thirstless even in this blistering summer.
Blood sugar levels are rising. Till a few weeks ago I was taking 5 units of Lantus at bedtime and fasting blood sugar used to be around 100 . The level started increasing and yesterday night I took 9 units of Lantus but today morning fasting blood sugar was 140 .
Lack of body warmth still haunts me . Use of fan is minimal and I keep the ac at 27 to 30 C . I have to switch off both ac and fans early morning.
The blockage of left nostril during night still troubles me
Feeling of tiredness, fatigue and exhaustion is increasing specially in the morning.
Kindly review and advise further course of medication

As advised by you I was communicating with him via email.
I intimated my present position yesterday morning. I have suddenly developed throat pain during last few days which is getting worse and I feel very sick . I have written again today morning to Dr Jitesh but there is no response so far .
I can understand he is very busy.
I need help to overcome my bad throat pain
