Premature ejaculation

Hope you are doing well. Please help me. From the very first sexual experience of my life which I had few days back I had serious premature ejaculation. I just penetrate and discharge immidietly. I am really embarrassed and I have severe anxiety that every time I will penetrate my semen will come out within seconds. My age is 30.please help....

Thanks for your reply urepierk. Will it solve my severe PE permanently??? Its like an involuntary thing for me. I can't control it. During foreplay I am ok but as soon as I penetrate semen comes out. I also remain tensed that I will ejaculate and as a result I think this adds to the pschyological factor.....

Q is crude form of any medicine.Potentisation starts from 1x,2x,3x etc

I have already started taking the medicines suggested by you, since my ejaculation latency now is only 2-3 seconds, in how many days I can expect at least 4-5 minutes of intercourse????

One last question....can for the same disease ayurvedic/herbal/unani medicine can be taken along with homeopathic medicine maintaining proper gap (say one hour)?? Will both the medicines work?

Same disease but those medicines are purely herbal/unani. Can I take them by maintaining 1.5-2 hours gap???
