After 15hrs has passed since Nux Vomica 200 has been taken, there is no change at all. Burning / Pain is severe. Not able to eat,swallow , talk & drink.

Today morning, satus is same as mentioned before. Pain in ulcer & throat pain is still present.
Any other remedy for pain relieving ?? Or should i give one more dose of Nux Vom 200 ???.

After 18 hrs of taking Hepar Sulp 30, pain has reduced in the ulcer, and throat pain has also reduced. He is feeling comfortable.
Although , Swelling remains the same.
I shall again post you the status after 24 hrs.
What do you infer from this ???

no --not repeat --allow alittle time and if still proper response and no new symptoms--then we will go to hep 200c...

Status after 24 hrs of taking Hepar Sulph.30 , one dose are as under :
1. Although swelling, i.e, projected ulcer on the left side of the tongue remain the same as before , but the pain/burning is reduced.
2. For Immediate attention please ***** Throat pain with splinter like stiching sensation extended to the ear only on the left side of tonsil area still remain active which causes difficult to gulp and swallow food. ************
3. Blisters like ulcers on the left side of inner cheek are still present but pain is less than earlier.
4. Middle of the tongue is coated white.
5. There was headache in the evening yesterday, but today no headache.
6. Stool quantity is much less than expectation since few days. Thus there is a feeling of urgency of stool.
Stool is soft and sticky. Colour of stool is normal

Today morning after 36 hrs , the status are :
1. Ulcer & throat pain, as usual is more in the night while on bed, but comapred to earlier it was slightly less.
All other remain the same as stated yesterday after 24 hrs of taking Hepar Sulph 30.

He will be taking today at 11:00 hrs IST. He has to get it from Chemist shop.

Instead of spending so much time here take him to a good homeopath.

BB instead of telling amitavam, he is doing wrong -give some good advice --help his father--condeption of amitavam -helps nothing except your own desire for him to feel wrong---if someone else would come and help--he would BE VERY GLAD (i am sure)--but as i am oblidged to give the service -as all cases i undertake--i will not abandon his quest for help--if he sought help else where--i am perfectly accepting of such--as long as person treating has same respect and cures without consequence..
.so basically your advice is self serving -without any proper guidance as to options for " patient " and son to consider...til that point i remain on case...
