Regarding Probiotic supplement, we have enquired it here at the drug store, but we are not able to get any medicine which contains any of 5 supplements you have mentioned.
Can you let us know, any brand name, which we can try here.

as for probiotic------NO lactic acid----no "nutrolin B"-the nicotinamide(B3) in ths product can give aggravtion of ulcers...best get (Lactobacillus acidophilus) and vitamin C

approximately 20mg vitamin C after each meal---take this along with Lactobacillus acidophilus (after each meal)-start half recommended dose of lactobacillus acidolphilus-

single dose sulphuricum acidum 30c --NO REPETITION at all..
vitamin C is used for antioxidant effect--antiviral/antibacterial--take after each meal
lactobacillus acidolphilus-1/2 dose--if 1 capsule give 1/2--take after each meal

48 hrs have passed and there is neither any improvement nor any detoriation observed after taking

TOO many remdies and no help --have i provided to your father--information is important and proper observance to find key to case---i dont give up--but dont need resistance when i ask questions to help your father---find help else where and if decide need help let me know--i sincerely aplogize for lack of results..

no unnecessary repetition of dose is warrented---but once strong movement in curative direction is had ,in chrnic il-ness as this, then LM potencies are to be used an daily if need be....but i observed no remedy that gave strong impression of stableness---yet you seem arsenicum has....

how often to dentist?Only twice so far for extracting nerve exposed teeth about 8 years back.

how is sense of taste?taste is normal
how thorough chew food?food chewed through right side since ulcers are on the left sode of the tongue
what color of tongue (in morning before any food/drink)?Tongue is whitish colour at the middle but front part is clear
how fast or slow eat food ?Due to ulcers, eating is slow, otherwise normal, not fast.
how much drink in a day? what type of drinks?what type of drinks much prefer?what favorite temperature of food or drink?which temperature will not have of food or drinks?Drink only water 8 to 10 glass a day. No other drinking habit. There is no preference of particular drink. Preferred warm foods.

Treated with homeopathy and cured. Anti Cholera injection were given in the childhood from time to time. Other than this, no illness, diseases, etc

No desease like Blood pressure, diabetes etc .. in the family. Father (my grandfather) expired at the age of 85 yrs, due to sudden cardiac failure. Mother(my grandmother) expired at the age of 84 yrs, normal death.

After 24 hrs if taking Sulphur-30 one dose, status is :
1. There is a burning sensation in the throat and inside nose.
2. Mild headache
3. Pain in the ulcers increased
4. Ulcers remain active, as earlier.
No other changes.
