Irregular periods

I am 42 year old women. 52 kg weight. Since last 6 months my periods are irregular. I don't have any other health issues. Got all test done, no problem in any reports.
Kindly suggest some medicine

Pl take
1 Cimisifuga-30 6 pills twice a day
2 Bio Compound no-15 3 pallets twice a day
Pl keep 30-40 minutes gap between 1 and 2
PL take medicines upto the next periods and then give feedback

thanks for prompt reply. i have a query . the medicine cimicifuga 30 is available as cimicifuga racemosa LM, Cimicifuga racemosa MT
WHICH ONE SHOULD I TAKE ? ITS A LIQUID THAN WHAT SHOULD BE THE QUANTITY

It is
Cimicifuga racemosa-30 (30C) and not LM
