This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Need to know more about your symptoms.

How did it all start? How long do you have this problem?

Explain about your anxiety. What are you anxious about and how did it all start?

Do you have difficulty swallowing liquids or solids or both?

Have you been losing weight?

And what have you been eating and drinking?

Do you have any other health problem? ( physical or/and mental emotional)

Briefly write down your medical history and medications.

Ignatia 6, 2 pills in the morning, once a day, for 3 days.
Then wait for a week and write.

avoid food or drinks for 30 minutes, both before and after the medicine.

You need to be patient enough for it to melt slowly. The key is for body to take help with this medicine and make changes. (you dont want medicine to act directly)

Wash your face with cold water to relax
