I need help (difficulty swallowing)
Hello,I have a problem that has been ruining my life for years.
I have whats called silent reflux, or LPR laryngo pharyngeal reflux. Basically, it prevents me from swallowing food properly (it gets stuck in my throat), so I have to blend/mash everything not to choke.
Its not the usual acid reflux, but according to the latest research its a gas (pepsin) which rises from the stomach into the throat and inflames it, because the sphincter in the oesophagus dont close properly. My medical checkups are normal.
I stress before every meal, for fear of choking. I hate eating now...
I am 45 years old and a man. On the other hand, Im a very stressed person, with anxiety, panic attacks since I was a child, I cant speak in public because Id have an attack, Ive always been shy and introverted. I think it comes from my childhood, my mother used to beat me and I live in fight or flight mode, never serene.
Maybe all this stress has led to this gastric dysphagia problem.
Up until now Ive lived pretty well with the anxiety, but since Ive had difficulty swallowing food, my life has been miserable.
Homeopathy is my last hope. Is there a remedy I could try please? Nat Mur maybe?
My symptoms, to sum up:
- Difficulty swallowing, solid food get stuck, liquid food is ok
- throat inflammation (red larynx)
- Gastric pain sometimes
- stress, anxiety
Thanks a lot in advance for your time and help.

Thank you very much for considering my case this is very kind.
So I take nux vom, then at day 4 I add Lyco. Do I take both at the same time or I let a few hours between both?
Can I replace the liquid form of Nux Vom by the pellets?
Thank you very much
