You may do the exercise everyday for 30 to 60 minutes:

Lie down on your back. Raise your legs with the supporting of wall.

2 times if possible.

You may also massage with handmade oinment:

Ledum Pal Q: 10 drops+ Glycerine 10 drops

Apply this on your swollen ankle and gently massage.- 2 times a day

As, Phytolacca 200 helpes you reducing swelling and pain, you should wait for some days. You could increase the potency before taking any other. Please don't seek advice from me anymore. I do not want to mix Homeo with Alopath and it is not good I think. I would tell you if it seems not handlable for me.

It is not possible to tell you how long it should be contunued.

As you have noticed improvement applying Phytolacca 200 you should continue this till more improvement.

Ledum Pal was perfect for your condition too. But it is failed to act. As you get relief elevating your legs, Phytolacca is the best for you. But, it is now hard to believe Phytolacca is not acting more.
You had noticed good improvement after only 2 doses of Phytolacca.
If you want to wait and if you can stop any other medicines You may take:
2 doses of Ledum Pal 200. If it fails again then stop it and start Phytolacca 200 for 7 days. After 7 days if it fails then start Phytolacca 1M: 6pills 2 times a day for 3 days. If it fails I will be arrested. And you may take any other advice.
Or you may avoid me now.
