As you have noticed improvement applying Phytolacca 200 you should continue this till more improvement.
Ledum Pal was perfect for your condition too. But it is failed to act. As you get relief elevating your legs, Phytolacca is the best for you. But, it is now hard to believe Phytolacca is not acting more.
You had noticed good improvement after only 2 doses of Phytolacca.
If you want to wait and if you can stop any other medicines You may take:
2 doses of Ledum Pal 200. If it fails again then stop it and start Phytolacca 200 for 7 days. After 7 days if it fails then start Phytolacca 1M: 6pills 2 times a day for 3 days. If it fails I will be arrested. And you may take any other advice.
Or you may avoid me now.

So now i try 2 doses of ledumpal 200..5 drops in 20 ml water...2 times...then stop,check sweiliing,start again with phyto 200 for 7 days...but 2 dose ledumpal means 24 hr gap?? Similaeily for phto 200 for 7 days is it every 12 hourly or 24 hourly...kindly explain...my worry now is swelling and pain should subside...uric acid is normalising....

Ledum Pal one dose is 10 ml...but next dose after 24 hours or 12 hours

Today us 1 day gap...then will start phyto 200 for 5 days as swelling in ankle still present...i should take 2 dose 10 ml each 12 hr apart 0f phyto??

Third day on phyto 200....pain gone,swelling minimum....what should i do now.....aim is to reduce uric acid to 4 if possible

You are in normal range of Uric Acid now. Why are you tensed with that?
Make another Uric Acid test when swelling goes. Then I will think about it.

Since im prone to gout attacks...i must drop uruc acid levels...as you recommend i continue phyto 200...dosage will be 5 drops in 20 ml water taken in 10 ml each dose 12 hourly....is this correct....i will recheck uric acid again after maybe 2 weeks

Hold Phytolacca now.
Take a dose of Apis Mel 30à¦
5 drops+ half cup water
In the morning in empty stomach
* Wait 3 days
* No other medicines should be taken
* Report if any changes is noticed or not (Especially swelling and urination)
* Come back after 3 days from taking Apis Mel

Swelling reduced after taking APIS MEL 30,urination normal...however swelling not reduced to level where both ankles same size..but reduced no doubt..drinking water...waiting for one more day to check uric acid
