Wanted to add, her hot spots disappeared and less itchy. Her limping in the rear legs as she gets up and her mushy stool because of carbs are worrying.

It's not very clear what is happening here.
Is she still very lethargic and not gaining weight?
If so, please take her to see the vet.
And the pain and stiffness in her rear left leg - Is it new or she had it before?
If she has never had it before and you can find the symptom under Rhus tox, then I would say it is proving so simply stop the remedy.
If she had the same symptom before, it's not a proving. Old symptoms can come back with the right remedy so you just stop the remedy, wait and watch.

Hi Tui,
Sorry if I was not clear. She was bit slow and lethargic with protein only diet and weight gain was not drastic. And so, i introduced carbs which is causing soft stool.
The pain in rear left leg seems new. I have stopped the remedy and did give her a dose of Arnica and she is responding better. Will see how tomorrow goes and will report.
Thank you

Hi Tui,
Hello again. I took our dog to the vet yesterday and he's saying that the limping in her right leg is because of the pain that's coming from her hips. She winced when he stretched her right leg and was fine with the left. He has given Rimydyl (NSAID) for 5 days. I gave her one last night and this morning, she seems to get up comfortably and walk.
I thought she was proving Rhus Tox, but i have been seeing this limp for few weeks now (which was not very noticeable), when she moved after being motionless for a while. Rhus Tox, which i gave for hot spots and itching, aggravated the pain and now we are asked to give pain meds. Is it ok to continue the NSAID, it is definitely reducing her pain ? I stopped Rhus Tox after 2 doses.
Other issue - Please let me know if i have to start a new thread or if i am not clear. Our dog, has been going through diarrhea issues for a while now and it all started in May 2019. Her poop started yellow, very yellow and from then it became liquidy, oily poop. And this was going for months. I tried homeopathy (Thuja and quite a few others) and conventional route (anibiotics and dewormer) nothing helped her and was not giving stable results. She was 55 lbs in May and lost weight drastically.
As of yesterday, her weight is 41 lbs. Only by mid August, i was able to find that the combination of Nat-S 200c, Sulphur 200c and Nux Vomica 30 C helps and her poop then slowly got better and became solid and stayed the same until November. But her weight did not improve. I could feel no muscles, only bones and ribs. She acts normal otherwise.
Her diet is only protein (cooked chicken and raw ground beef) and that with homeopathy and supplements helped her to stabilize her poop situation.
As she was very underweight, i gave lamb ribs (bones triggered runny poop) and added bit of carbs after few days (rolled oats) and that triggered very yellow, soft, mushy poop as well. Nat-S and Sulphur and Nux Vomica helped again to kind of get her poop back to normal. While I was dealing with her digestion issues, gave Rhus Tox to address her itching because of fleas. She is cleaned and combed daily, but still catch few fleas everyday. And what happened after Rhus Tox is what I have mentioned above.
Vet's opinion about her weight loss and malabsorption -
He is guessing she could have Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency, pancreas not secreting enough enzymes to digest/absorb fat, carbs and protein. No tests done, but he thinks it's possible given her history of ongoing diarrhea and muscle wasting. And we are suggested to add porcine pancreatic digestive enzymes for the rest of her life or feed raw beef, pork, lamb or goat pancreas.
From internet reading, I am understanding that it's not life threatening if she is supplemented with enzymes and B12 vitamins.Dogs seem to have thrived with proper maintenance.
Could you please help and can a homeopathic remedy help to heal pancreas.
My Thoughts-
1. It's possible she has EPI, dogs with EPI have voracious hunger...they may steal food, constant begging and aggression. She does not seem to show any of that. That makes me to slightly doubt the vet's guess.
2. Giardia - Her intestinal parasite and Giardia tests have come negative. But, again by internet reading, they are saying that Giardia is hard to catch in these tests. Giardia could cause the same yellow poop, weight loss and malabsorption. I am finding natural ways to clear Giardia and have been doing that for a while now. And for other intestinal parasites, i gave Panacur in Aug. Is it okay, if i give her Cina ?
Sorry, for lot of details and info. And I am immensely grateful to you and to have this forum to explore holistic modalities to heal and thrive. THANK YOU...it's so comforting to know that someone on the other side can listen/read my quest to heal naturally. It's hard to find such a supportive group.
Looking forward to hear your thoughts.

Just few clarifications -
1. Her poop is quite solid today, still a bit of oiliness to it. I see oil spots in the poop bag.
2. After Rhus Tox, she was alternating her limping in both rear legs. And by Sunday evening, it just became more on the right rear leg.

You can continue with the medication if you feel it's helping but did the vet take an x-ray to see what is going on with her hips?
And have you checked her thyroid? It' snot very common for a dog to have hyperthyroidism but can happen to some dogs...
And the rest of the things are only assumptions; pancreas issue and giardia and all that and I'm unable to suggest anything based on those assumptions.
