Autism, speech Delay and moderate hearing

My kid who is diagnosed with mild autism unable to speak and talk only some sounds hearing is also mild as per bera test his right ear strength is 40db and left year 50dB
Weight 13kg height is also ok according to his weight and age.
We notice that he bites to pillows even our legs while walking here and their is home.
Plays with keys by twisting the key chain.
we already giving calcium phos as per doc for teething issue.
Very active he is run in home.
When a thing need take our self to it and make some sounds to get it.
He undergone hernia operation when 6month old
C section birth as he have cord around neck doc suggests to give him risperidone once a day.
Sleeping habbit is very bad sleep late night and after 8 hr of sleep wake up.

What is the cause of hearing loss?

Is it from hardening of internal ear cartilage or is it caused by bones fusing together ?
Or any history of infections ?
Or any history of head injury?
Or any history of vaccines?

NO idea of hardening of internal ear cartilage but we gave him bio21 for teething when he was 1.5 years old till 2.5 even after that the wisdom teeth coming now a days and he bites everyone at home and outside but now a days biting to pillows but very less mostly in night time.
No such history of infections.
No such history of head injury.
His all childhood vaccines are complete till now.

Only surgery is ''hernia'' when he was 6 month old and when they do Circumcise the penis as well but on that night he have some blood spillage and we rush to hospital then they do some stitches on it i remember.Painful for him.But now he is perfect no issue.
