Still on Nat Mur 6X, if cannot find anywhere 12X, will have to special order and that can further delay.

Abdomen is getting better / lighter. Felt one time a little stretching pull inside. Internally changes may be happening but can't say anything more firmly. Yesterday morning, after breakfast mentally was dull but got better.

From Now:

1.Carbo Veg 30
5 drops+ 60ml water

Shake the bottle 12 times before every dose.

10ml from the bottle 3 times a day

The bottle will be finished within 2 days. Then make another for next 2 days in the same way.

Stop Nux now.

No major changes observed from yesterday.
BP was better yesterday but about the same this morning.
I did some scratching on the leg yesterday & it feels as I have scraped the skin, feels a bit rawness locally.
May be I should give a pause to daily updates & wait for 2-3 days.

Ok, did not take Nat Mur 6X or 12X, I thought u did not want me take any Nat mur, please advise.
So only Lachesis, no other remedy? I have already take Carbo Veg 30 from the bottle.

Having daily bowel movement, but feel gas sometimes moving around. But some bloatedness when stomach is full. May be has some swelling inflammation, want it to settle down. Like when I took antibiotics stomach went inside and gave a feeling that I have lost weight. I am a bit overweight and need to lose weight especially at the belly but I feel a part of it is because of water retention and bloatedness. But overall abdomen is lighter.

I think I have CV 200 in hand, will check.

No change in itching. Actually, I have a few itching spots on right ankle/leg too, can't see them but feel them on touch. Also, small portion about an inch or two of my left back side of abdomen itches too & skin is red there. I have been daily frequently applying fresh Aloe Vera on the left leg and have started today applying it on the other leg too. I believe if I don't apply Aloe, the skin will be really dry & cause major issues. Yesterday applied Aloe & later oil on it. I think overall my body skin feels dry.

Hi,
Abdomen is better, itching no change. BP could be better and need the no's to come down. Minor Brain fog more prevalent in the mornings.

Do you have Nux 30?
I want to go back to 30 potency.

Please take a dose of Nux 30 tonight.

3drops+ half cup water at bed time before going to bed.

Nux 200 is not doing the action what i need.
I think Nux 30 will do so.
Sometimes where high potency fails, low potency can do.
Please take a dose of Nux 30 accordingly at night and give feedback next day.
