So CV 30 during day & NV30 at night?

It is morning here, so won’t take anything during the day, take NV 30 at bedtime and report in the morning.

Took NV 30 last night as directed. Abdomen felt lighter in the morning on waking and was hungry. However, after breakfast feel the same. Head slightly heavy and nasal discharge increased could be because of exposure to some dirt allergens; working in the yard.
Morning BP about same as yesterday.

What I meant by BP same as yesterday was that it is on the high side. Need these numbers to come down below 140/80, currently higher. Although NV 30 has been used in the past to bring BP down but it MAY have been temporary but not sure.

No change in itching observed. In fact one area where I had scratched felt pain on pressing and may seem infected, so applied antibiotic cream locally. I had written earlier that the area I scratched feels raw/sensitive.

Have not taken Nat Mur 12X as was not directed by U. Will add now.

Will apply Castor Oil.

OK, w.r.t. Nat Mur, potencies available are 6X, 6, 30 & 200. Don't have 12X unless I special order and that can take a long time. Will Nat. Mur 6C work or be too strong?

No, I am not talking about the liquid form. I understand the biochemic vs regular homeopathic remedies. What I am asking is that since NM 12X to order will take a long time, any of the available potencies stated before may work for now, as a substitute for NM 12X or equivalent?

No change in itching
Abdomen usually lighter, no further improvement noticed. I have stopped taking Triphala in the morning & believe the bowel movement quantity has reduced and going a little later in the morning.

No, no history of TB or cough. But I did have sinus allergies from childhood. My Dad had & siblings have bad sinus issues too. Mine is very much under control now and flares up only during the changing weather or the allergy season here...march/april & sept/oct.

I forgot to mention that I had all day yesterday light headache on the right side of the head. This is an old symptom & happens very less often now. Think this is associated with my neck pain. Sometimes the pain travels or alternates between the two locations. Applying moist heat & rest helps. Today that pain is gone but neck is a little stiff.

Feel like closing my eyes and go on a meditative type mode after about an hr of waking, get sleepy & don't feel mind is fresh / clear.

I am less gassy though.

Is Melilotus Alba Q a homeopathic remedy? Not available locally & will have to special order it. Don't see it in ABCHomeopathy remedy store either.

No further changes / improvement

Itching, no change, BP no change, still on high side. Head still the same, abdomen better since the start of treatment but no further change.
I am thinking unless needed, no need for daily updates as this is not an acute condition & no changes to report.
