pain in right knee
I have osteoarthritis/chondromalatia on the back of my right knee cap. When I extend/lift up the lower leg/calf, there is a sharp pain on outer edge of knee cap. From a previous accident, the cartilage there is rough which causes friction. Would arnica creme relieve this pain?Also as of late, I have been having an off and on back pain and sometime tennis elbow. I am beginning to think that it is because of all the allopathic poison, I mean drugs that I have been given that this is causing to happening
