PCOS menorrhagiaHi there,
Wonder if anyone can advise what remedy I should try.
I'm 35 year old female. 3 children 11, 9 and 3. 3rd child took 5 years to conceive. Doctors won't confirm pcos but said overies show lots of follicles. 3rd child conceived on clomid and Metformin. Periods always been irregular, more so they would skip months, now opposite once they start last too long. Facial hair, especially around the chin, very stubborn. Hair on belly and around nipples.
Weight was around 65kgs when older 2 were conceived. Fluctuated between 70kg-80kg since. Very anemic, periods very erratic can be heavy and last months. Sometimes with clots. Feel cold all day long and hot at night esp in feet. Find it hard to lose weight. Can only wear loose fitting clothing, usually only cotton.
Like to eat savory, but before my period like to eat sweet.
Don't eat meat that much, don't like it and find it hard to digest.
Very tired all the time, don't like other people's company, introvert, tend to sleep a lot, love to sit in a dark room no light by myself. Too tired to do anything. Eat lots of carbs.
A lot of fat on upper back and belly. Height is 5'4. Fair skin.
Thanks for taking a look
