I have asked to homeostore and Stramonium 200 will be avaialable in stock tomorrow, 1M cannot be arranged due to supply issue.

I noticed that when i get up from sleep in morning around 12pm, my noted temperature was around 97F but then it incraesed to 98F at 6pm, i will again notice it in after few hours if it comes to 99F. And will update u the pattern of Body Temperature.

Further, I am also having severe headache and heaviness in head and today have passed stool with severe pain in stomach.

Please note that frequency of expelling out Post Nasal drip mucus has
much increased, i am hawking to expel out whistish foamy sticky mucus and some greenish mucus. Please also cater this issue, which is continusouluy incraesing.

The mucus coming with Cough is now light greenish and is in less quantity now.

BUT the post nasal drip issue has suddenly so much increased from last some dats, that now i am more concerned with this issue. As i am contiuously through out the day clearing my throat and hawking to expel out mucus.

In the afternoon i passed stool with severe pain and has almost clean my stomach and after that 5 hour has passed have not passed any Flatulence.

Sharp Headache and heaviness in head is still there even 5-6 hours has passed. Further there is also Change in weather and weather is more Hot now a days in Punjab, Pak. May be this is causing Headache, i am not sure.

I will take Mag Phos as suggested. Here Luzy tablets are easily avaialable for constipation of local Company Kamal and Masood, i dont know that these have the same ingredients as Yelo Tablets, but will take one of this.

Will follow Mag Phos water advice. Any further advice if feel required, please advice.

I am taking China 30 from last 7 days also taking MP , KS and CF salts.

Now there is almost No cough.

BUT having severe Post nasal drip from last some days. As i am contiuously through out the day clearing my throat and hawking to expel out mucus (Not phelgum). In the morning light greenish and light yellowiah mucus is accumulated at back of throat. Once i start washing my nose and mouth with water to my nose and mouth i have to expel out lot of mucus for 10-15 mins.

Today i have also got stramonium 200. From last 2 days i am not having feverish feeling, however, still observing closley.

I am also observing Knee joint stiffness and pain and its looking less as conpares to earlier though still has stiffness.

I am taking China 30, Kali Sul 6x and Mag phos 6x.

My Calc Flo 6x salt bottle has just ended, should i get new to take some more days or can i start some other salt? I can get CF from nearby homeoshop.

Today again having knee joints pain and continuous Stifness with Crunching sound while bending. Also having Pain in shoulder Arm joint pain while using Mouse on computer table in a specific angle.

Will get CF tomorrow.

From morning i am having severe HEAVINESS in stomach and difficulty in Belching and passing out gas. It all may be due to eating some oily foods (paratha and pakoras etc.)
Could u please advice some remedy to get releif?

I have started kali mur 6x alongwith KS, MP, CF and have taken one dose of Pulatila 30. Will update.

From yesterday i am again having dry Coughing but no excretion. Thrust is normal.Could u please advice.

I have taken china 30( 2 doses daily in last 8 days) . May i stop it now and may take it further.?

My stomach issue is better now and now taking KM, KS, MP and CF tissue salts and Constipation tablets.

Just again having cough and today green mucus expels out from throat and also having Post Nasal Drip from last week.

Taking salts 3 times a day due to fasting. And taking Constipation tablets at nights.

My Cough seems improving. But even with tablets Bowl Movements is good but having excess gas.

Further From last 3 days after working in office, i am having severe fatigue and Headache in all head sides but more on Front centre and upper centre with heaviness. I have taken Paracetamol for headache but no improvement.(Headache is not seem Normal Type headache). Kindly advice for this issue.

Just to update, My father is taking Nux Vomica 30 and NM and he is feeling improvement in Cough.h How many days he should take remedies?

Thanks for advices.

I have taken China 30 for some more days. And also taking Kali Mur, Kali Sul, Mag Phos and Calc Flour salt.

I felt Minor Improvemnet in headache, but its still there even yesterdat i was having unusual headache. I am observing headache location, timing etc. closely for updating u as its even not going with Paracetamol and i have to take Synflex to cure.

In the menatime could u please advice that From today morning i am having some feverish feeling, May i take Bryonia 30 for this or anyother remedy?This helps me in earlier weeks.

Mild cough is still there alongwith Post Nasal Drip. Further please also advice change in tissue salts if required.

I am having feverish feeling from yesterday (hot body and temp is 98F) and also feeling chilly and very fatigued.

Today i have just started Bryonia 30 for the time being. Actually, I have visited market yesterday which was way much crowded, though i wear mask and avoid contact. But i fear there may some issue.

Also feeling Improvement in cough, but still dry cough on and off.

May i take Bry 30 for further some days or any change?
And any change or addition in tissue salts?

I am taking Bry 30 and feeling fine. No feverish feeling from last week. Though very mild cough still there and i hope it will get settle.

In the meantime please advice, i am having Heaviness in stomach just after eating even small portion of meal . No belching yet.

Thanks for ur time and kind prompt support here, especially in this time periods when clinics, even hospitals are not entertaining OPD patients and avoiding checkup, as there Corona cases are increasing.

Thanks for prompt advice. I have both NP and KM and have started.

Just to add symptom that even after taking drink/water it feels heaviness in stomach and heavy feeling in stomach the walls of stomach, like food/drink hitting on stomach walls.

Also having canker sore on tongue.

I have not eaten any junk or oily food from last 2 weeks. Even i am eating less than normal from last some days and have missed many meals as was busy in household work.
