I have taken Merc Sol 200 for 4 days alongwith NP and KP 6x salts.

My canker Sore on Lip has not cured yet and canker sore size has also increased.

But my Bowl Movement is good from last few days But still having Gas.

Felt headache yesterday.

Still having pain in both Heels and then in feet (starts with walking and standing, and with wearing Socks and shoes, feel relief with washing feet with cold water and with stretching)
-Stiffness/pain in both Leg Calves (while climbing stairs) and
-Lower Back Pain (aggravated/starts with bad posture).

Further having pain in both arms shoulder joints JUST while lifting arm at 90 degree Angle. I understand its may be due to using computer at table which have bad posture and driving/stairing wheel with one hand.

Yes doing things in improper posture causes problems and pain. I am observing and fixing posture issues at work/home to avoid any pain due to this.

Thanks for suppprt.
I have taken Nit Acid 30 for 3 days alongwith NP and KP. My canker Sore on Lip has almost healed, Now there is no pain, no burning sensation in chest.

But my Bowl Movement is NOT good now alongwith severe Gas.


HEADACHE:
Again having Headache from last night. It is mainly on the forehead above nose. Sometimes it feels like nausea type headache but without vomiting.
-Usually headache starts after all day work, or after bathing or washing hairs and in winter season due to cold air exposure to head).
-Last time this was better with Nux Vomica 30.

HAIRFALL:
Severe Hair Fall and thinning mainly from from front and center of head alongwith dandruff.


PAINS DETAILS:

Heels pain in both heels and in feet (starts with walking and standing, and with wearing Socks and shoes, feel relief with washing feet with cold water and with calves stretching exercise)

-Stiffness/pain in both Leg Calves (severe stiffness and pain while climbing stairs);

-Lower Back Pain (starts with bad posture and even when get up in the morning).

-Pain in both Arms shoulder joints while lifting arm at 90 degree Angle and while lifting weight and while having hands on starring wheel.
I understand its may be due to using computer mouse at table which have bad arm posture and driving/starring wheel with single hand.

Will keep Taking Nit Acid 30 for further 04 days alongwith NP and KP salts.

Today i have even took Panadol for headache (its like nausea type headache but its not going away even much hours has passed and increased with head down. I think headache issue is may be due to some stomach issue. (Gastric Headache etc.)

Thanks for time and consideration to my issues.
I have taken Nit Acid 30 for 4 days and now more than week has passed. Today again having Canker sores on inner side of upper lips. (No GERD.... Bowl movement is good... but having Gas)

HEADACHE Details:
I am taking fennel seeds for stomach gas from this week assuming that stomach gas/acidity may be reason as Headache seems to relate with stomach issue. (Gastric Headache etc.) Sometimes i also got headache in stress (tension Headache etc. scalp muscles become tense/contract etc).
-Headache is mainly on the forehead above nose.
-Sometimes headache is like nausea type headache but without vomiting.
-Usually headache starts after all day work, or after bathing or washing hairs and in winter season due to cold air exposure to head) and after travelling on back seats of car where vision is blocked.
-Last time this was better with Nux Vomica 30.
- It is NOT Nausea (NO Vomiting) but when i suffer with headache i crave for Hajmola, Tamarind (Imli) etc. so it seems that headache relates with stomach.



Below are the answers for your consideration:
Correlate with the stomach and pen down. Is it right or left sided?
It is on centre of Forehead and head.

Correlate with the rising and setting sun and the full moon.
Can't specifically relate BUT usually its in Evening,

Any sweating of the head when you sleep?
No sweating.

Does the brain feel loose?
Sometimes i feel lightheadedness.

Cold feeling in the head?
No. Even mostly head feels hot.

Scalp, painful on combing it?
No.

Headache, accompanied by: appearance of lumps on scalp?
No.

Headache, bitter taste in mouth ?
No.

Headache, cool feeling in head?
No.

Headache, empty feeling in stomach?
Sometimes Headache also starts while empty stomach.

Headache, accompanied by faintness nausea?
No.

Headache, hawking up of white mucus?
Headache is not due to hawking up of white mucus, BUT i am having white foamy mucus at back of throat from last 4 years.

Headache, hawking up of watery mucus?
No.

Headache, with nausea and chilliness?
Sometimes headache is like the type of headache we usually have in nausea BUT without chilliness (BTW i am normally a chilly person).

Thanks for reply. I have gone through the links and i am noting about all symptoms in thorough detail and will describe these in few days.

I will receive Pulsatila 30 tomorrow, as it get delayed due to non-availablity at nearby store.

In the meantime could u please advice, from yesterday i have 02 Canker sores (round shape, painful and lip is mild swelled) one on lower lip inner side and one on upper lip.
-No burning sensation on chest.
-No Burping
-Bowl movement seems fine BUT severe Flatulence.

Headache with heaviness by contact with Cold air/wind outside to head.


Just for information, i am still having heels & calves, back and arm pain (muscles pain). In this week i have again visited an Orthopedic doctor and he says these are muscle related.

Thanks for advice. I have taken Nit Acid 30 + MP 6x for 3 days and canker sores is healing.

HEADACHE:
In the meanwhile please also advice, i am having continuous headache from yesterday night. It started/triggered whenever i have exposure to Cold Wind outside on head and also after bathing i got HEADACHE (mild sharp on front and centre of head) alongwith mild Nausea (But No Vomiting). Now a days especially there is cold outside, i am wearing winter cap all day.

In headache i usually crave for Imli or hajmola etc.

The headache symptoms are almost of same type as as i mentioned/answered in earlier post.

I am taking Steam to face and its give some relief in headache.

Feet are very cold despite wearing socks and head is hot.

SLEEP is not sound as despite sleeping for 8 hours i did not feel fresh and feel sleepy during day.

BOWL Movement is somehow good BUT having severe Flatulence.

MUSCLES PAIN:
Still having heels, calves, lower back pain, and neck/shoulder pain are still there, as per allopathic dr , these muscles related and only prescribe Pain killer, which is temporary relief.

Kindly advice for Headache.

Today i am again having new canker sore on inner side of lip and cheek and tip of tongue. Also having Gas and Bowl Movement seems slow.

I am drinking water more than my thrust and usually avoid Oily and Junk foods, prefer home food.

Appetite and thrust is low.

Not taking any Allopathic medicines.

Please advice.

The cankers sores are much healed now and Bowl Movement is also very good now as passing stool daily.


But from yesterday in last 2 stools i observed visible Undigested food in Stool. Further still having Excess Gas.

Thrust and Appetite is low.
Low energy level and usually get tired after little work though i am very active person.

I have taken Merc Sol 30 along with NP and MP 6x as advised. On the 3rd day of taking i am again having Canker Sore on Tongue and inner and outer side of lower Gums. (Canker sore are 3rd time in this month).
No Improvement in heel & legs and lower back pain.


Below is the summary of my OVERALL symptoms for overall picture.

31 years old (Married)
Weight : 57kg

STOMACH:
-Severe Gas all day and feel relief after passing gas and sometimes get headache due to gas.
-Irregular Bowl Movement (It takes excess time to pass stool even soft stool.)

MOUTH:
Mucus (Whitish Sticky Foamy) in the back of Throat From Last Few Years that accumulates in back of throat and i have to expel out with hawking by sucking up from nose.
-Mucus excretion right after eating anything especially spicy foods.
- Dry nostrils and breath usually get Blocked in smoke etc).
- Tongue is mild white coated.
-Yellowish discoloration of teeth.

HEAD:.
-Headache (Sharp and throbbing pain on upper Centre scalp of head and front centre of forehead).
-Headache usually starts when interact with Cold Air outside in Winter and also after bathing. Now a days in winter all day I am wearing winter Cap to save my head from cold.
-Headache along with heaviness in head starts after physical and mental effort.
-Vertigo (Loss of Balance and feeling of something moving in head) with back & forth movement on revolving chair and up & down movement with mild jerks of electric lift.

EYES (Blurredness and lack of sharpness in Both Eyes ):
Eyesight getting weak within few months eyesight get -0.50. No hotness, redness, itching or pain in eyes and No secretion from eyes.

HAIR FALL thinning suddenly from centre of head from last few months.


MUSCLE PAINS (no bone issue):
---Lower Back Pain that starts after extended Sitting, Walking or Standing.
- No Disc issue and It's not Sciatica pain and does not travel to hips/pelvis/legs.
-Stretching Knees to chest exercise gives relief pain.

---Heel pain:
-Severe pain on outer sides of both Heels along with associated pain in feet.
Heels pain usually starts after prolonged Walking or Standing and while sitting in washroom with body weight pressure but now it also starts when i get up in the morning without any movement.
-No swelling, No Uric Acid Issue, No heel Spur as per X-Ray.
-Feet Stretching exercise gives relief.

---Pain/stiffness in legs muscles calves:
This is link to heel pain and it starts especially while climbing stairs and small walk.


PSYCHOLOGICAL SYMPTOMS:
-Severe Perfectionist Nature (i.e. paying attention to minute details and keeping/arranging thing all things in order. This nature takes a lot of my daily time and gives me tension).
- Restlessness Nature (i.e. especially in anxiety i keep moving around etc.)
- Loss of Concentration (i.e. unable to have constant concentration on one task at time)
-Fear of Failure.
--In Excitement and Anxiety i rubbed my hands palms with thumbs and urine comes again and again and i am unable to hold urine. My body gets hot
-I am very talkative and inclined to laugh during talking with jokes.

-Feel general weakness and exhausted after some Little Physical and Mental work.


Extremities: Feet are very cold while Head is Hot.

Like Feeling: When in fresh and open air, Warm surroundings, and like Lightness everywhere feel better in morning.
Dislike: When Wet or cold weather, Rain and sunset at evening.


Kindly advise. Its my personal understanding that as i think too much on every task and this create tension and this thing disturb stomach/gas etc.
