Cervical Spondylosis

Few Days ago I did a Of neck spine. Below is report.
I am 45 yrs old male, weight 77kg and height 5.6". Diabetic positive. Main problem Vertigo or dizziness with neck pain. Pls any doctor advice a good medicine for cure ?

***** XRAY Report OF CERVICAL SPAIN
Cervical Spine B/V:
Bone density is reduced.
Marginal osteophytes noted over articular margins of bodies of C4, C5, C6 with reduction of disc spaces between C5-C6.
Cervical lordotic curvature is lost.
Pre and paravertebral shadows are normal.
No cervical rib is noted.
Impression: Degenerative changes with Cervical Spondylosis.

NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS

Day 4 onwards.

Rhus Tox 30 five drops in an ounce of water 3 times a day in addition.

Silicea 6x and Calc Flour 6x five tabs of each three times a day.

Feedaback after 7 days.

Sip- means take a small drink of the liquid.

Google SIP.

And sleep without a pillow if possible on hard surface.

I follow ur advice
But there are a little change I feel.
Problems:---
*** Diabetic since 2008, take insulin
*** Blood Pressure High, always take medicine, Telmipress 80, Daily One pcs at morning.
*** Always Feel anxious for Vertigo/Dizziness
*** Vertigo/Dizziness like chronic when I positive with Diabetic 2008, But last month when I am on Cervical Spondylosis Vertigo symptoms are worsen.
*** Diabetic or Cervical Spondylosis I am Mainly suffering with Vertigo/Dizziness.

CONTINUE SAME PROTOCOL FOR A WEEK AND GIVE A FEEDBACK.

HOPE YOU HAVE STARTED SLEEPING ON A HARD SURFACE WITHOUT A PILLOW.

Ok I follow ur advice from beginning again. Now the time I sleep with a single pillow and a hard Band under the neck during sleep time, without pillow its hard to sleep.
