Dermatitis

My 5 year old son is suffering from dermatitis. Earlier doctor diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis. And i i took homeopathic medicine from a doctor. But after 1 year it has again returned. This time govt dispensary doctor gave him one dose of sulphur 200 and then bio combination 20 regular three times daily. But condition is not improving. I have attached pics of affected area. Please help.

Was it always like this or started gradually,with small circular rings?

What are the symptoms associated with the present condition,like itching etc?

Any other modalities you may like to pen down.

Yes sir it was firstly only in center of his head from birth. but by time the area increased. And my son feels a lot of itching. He sometimes scratches so hard that it turns red.if i i r his head the dandruff falls on my hand.

It is Tinea Capitis.

NUX VOM 30
10 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER.

DAY 2 ONWARDS.

Ars Alb 30 3 drops in an ounce of water ones a day,in addition Kali Mur3x and Kali Sulph 3x 2 tabs of each three times a day.

First feedback after 4 days.

IF POSSIBLE APPLY ALOE VERA GEL BEFORE BATH IN THE MORNING AND LEAVE IT FOR 5 MINUTES.

Sir forgot to mention that we got fungal testing for this as my husband works in microbiology department. KOH preparation showed negative for any fungal elements.
So do i need to still continue with the treatment.

From last 4 days i am giving him regular medicine as was advised. There is a little relief in itching but scalp dandruff is almost same. I am continuing with the same medicine till further advice. Thank u

Have you applied Aloe gel?

Continue same protocol,except Kali Sulph.Substitute it with Nat Mur 6x.

Nux vomica is to be given everyday or just once. I just gave in starting for one day. Please confirm

There is not much relief after so many days itching has reduced.but his head is full of dermatitis.
