Night fall

Sir I am 22 years old male single, I am having night fall from 3/4 years, I did a lot of masturbation but now i stopped it but now also I am having night fall, before some day while sleeping I feel pain in my penis when it erects while seeing sexual dreams with night fall and these happened for some days and now my penis not erect perfectly or if it erect then the erection is not very strong and the erection is for very small time and with that also i am having night fall and my semen is thin and transparent which is coming out at night fall and now my penis is also curve in right side . I am also having digestion problems and gastric problem ,I am not a very healthy person ....Please doctor help me get rid of these problems specially nightfall
