Hello I am a 59 year old woman dealing with menopause symptoms looking for homeopathic medicine for relief. Had a partial hysterectomy at age 37 due to fibroid on uterus. Dealing with Hot flashes, night sweats, irritability, pain with intercourse, vaginal dryness & burning, no libido, some weight gain and irritability. I am a thin women about 10 lbs overweight due to menopause. I was also recently was diagnosed with vestibular migraines, dizziness/vertigo, and have dealt with IBS, digestive issues, diarrhea for about 20 years. A Personality type talker, and over achiever and helper. Could you please tell me which remedy should I try and at what dosage? I see several to choose from. For dosage, do I just take it for one day or the bottle?

Thank you so much for your help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Take a dose of Calcarea Carb 30
Take just 3pills in a morning in empty stomach.
Wait for 5 days and give feedback then.
