Anal Fissure
HiI have been suffering from Anal Fissure.
Through online consultation I have got the below remedies for the anal fissure.
Ratania 30C 4-0-4
Arnica 30C 4-0-4
Acid Phos 30C 4-0-4
Nux Vomica 200C 0-0-4 - 3rd night - took total 15 doses
Nitric Acid 200C 0-0-4 - 3rd night - took total 15 doses
I have started the above medication on 31st July 2020.
Now I need to know has my doctor given overdose of Nux Vomica 200C and Nitric Acid 200C?
Initially Doctor said to taken only 5 doses of Nux Vomica 200C and Nitric Acid 200C. Whenever I took these 2 doses I felt better (in terms of anal bleeding used to get stopped) Once I stop again bleeding would recur. Hence my doctor suggested me to take more doses.
But now Doctor is suggesting to change the whole remedy.
I am thinking of changing the Doctor now.
I just need to know whether my problem got worse taking 15 doses of Nux Vomica 200C and Nitric Acid 200C?
I am still taking Ratania30C, Arnica30C and Acid Phos 30C.
I have seen lot of you tube videos and it is mentioned single ode should not be reapeated and also many variety of remedies should not be taken.
Please suggest what do you think in my case has happened?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
In some individuals repeating doses can cause issues.But in majority it does not.In classical form of homeopathy only one remedy is recommended.Although many do not follow that form of treatment anymore including leading doctors.
I suggest in addition to RATANIA you have Silicea 6x and Calc Flour 6x five tabs of each three times a day.Will give you complete relief.
Why Arnica and Acid Phos are being administered I am not sure.

Rat 5 drops in an ounce of water three times a day.
Sil and Calc Flour 5 tabs of each three times a day.
May be for a month,two months,three months.
Yes you must continue till the time the fissure is cured completely.
Arn is also prescribed for bleeding fissures.
Acid Phos basically is used for.
It effectively treats physical as well as mental weakness caused due to grief or trauma. It helps improve memory and concentration and is helpful in treating weakness and exhaustion caused due to loss of vital fluids. Loss of fluids can also cause hair loss and Phosphoricum effectively treats and prevents hair fall.
Am not sure if it can supplement iron deficiency.

Yes have pellets.
What I have recommended are cell salts .Will not interfere.No side effects.No aggravation.No interaction.Will not get delayed.

NOT RECOMMENDED.UNTIL AND UNLESS IT IS UNBEARABLE.YOU CAN APPLY CALENDULA Q 10 DROPS DILUTED IN AN OUNCE OF WATER THREE TO FOUR TIES A DAY.

Could you please explain why any ointment is not recommended.
I am having now relief with the passive bleed due to anal fissure.
Now my doctor (whom I am thinking to change) said to take below medication.
1. Hememelis 30C bd
2. Acid Phis 30C bd
3. China Officianalis 30C bd
4. Muriatic acid 200C every 3rd night 1 dose (total 5 doses)
5. Lachesis 200C every 3rd night 1 dose (total 5 doses)
6. Arnica 30C bd
Is it necessary to take these new set of medication when I have relief with her earlier set of medication (which I sent you in the previous email)?
I think some Doctors keep on giving multiple medications and spoil the case.
Please throw some light? Is it necessary to take these medications?
Can you recommend any good homeopathic book for the beginners?
