Menopausal weight gain...

Hi there...

I'm 46 years old and 5'5". I used to weigh around 130-135 lbs. I had two babies in my 40's (age 41 and 42) and haven't been able to lose any of the 'baby weight' for the last three years.

I am currently 46 and 170 lbs and regardless of exercise, diet, and lifestyle changes... I can't seem to lose any weight. At most, I lose 3 lbs and gain it right back.

Are there any remedies to help rebalance/stimulate/reset my metabolism? Or help with peri-menopausal imbalances?

The only other 'menopausal' symptoms I'm having are irregular periods. But no hot flashes or anything like that.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Thank you for your recommendation. I forgot to share that i am hypersensitive and tend to 'prove' remedies very easily.

Do you think these doses are too high? Or still worth trying.

Also, I am a bit confused about the Lachesis 200 recommendation. Do you suggest one tab of 200? Or liquid lachesis? Can you please clarify? Thanks so much!

If you get hold of pellets then five.If in liquid then five drops.

So, to clarify...
- Lachesis 200c 5 pellets once a week
- NatPhos 6x 5 tabs 3times/day

Also, b/c I am sensitive and tend to prove remedies, do you think this will be too much for me?

Thanks!

You will have to take the remedies and see if sensitivity is displayed.

I can't seem to locate Lachesis 200. Would Lachesis 30c work as well?

Hi Anuj,

I followed your protocol so far. I took Lachesis 200 on Monday and have taken 3 doses/day of 5 globules of Nat Phos daily.

Unfortunately, I've gained 2 pounds (without having made any other changes).

Do you recommend I continue this protocol? Or modify it?

Thanks!

Thank you, razaraza. I already began Anuj's recommended protocol. I will keep you updated though. Thank you.

Thank you. I have had two C-sections and a double hernia repair surgery. Are these exercises still safe for me to do?

Thanks!

Maddie371 3 years ago
You can do it without exerting any pressure as has been shown in the youtube.

Hi Anuj,

I followed the protocol for a few weeks but didn't see any changes. I am drinking lemon water daily, exercising, and eating well. But still not seeing any movement in my weight.

I took a break from remedies for a while, but now wanted to touch base and see if there's anything else you can recommend.

Thanks!
