Nose Block

Sir my age 36, before 2 days left side headache due to caught cold. From last noon both nose block and both side head swelling and throat is also swealling. From nose watery sticky discharge if pressure.
Morning and ast night taken one , one dose beledona 30.
Pls suggest..
