Need help for my disease

Hello,I had gone bad place and had sex with a sexual worker at 2010. At 2011,my face had become very oily with lot of brone.i applied lemon juice on my face and cured that.at 2013,on my both groin one type of itchy and wet ulcer happened.i cured that by applying allopathic lubricant.at 2014,one type of ulcer happened at the side of my penis.i cured that by applying soap.now my problem is my whole body has become big frog type.my muscle have become soft like a frog body.there are many tumours in my both breast.my age is 28 and I am a boy.i behave like a child.there are many white deep stripe on my skin.my eyebrow and beard skin are blue.my hair is very deep black.my memory power is very low.there is a hole type at the root of my penis and my penis is gradually becoming smaller.my skin of testis is enlarged and soft like a frog.i have no intelligence.there is itchy type pain in my both breast tumour.please recommend medicine.
