Mouth ulcers with history of acid reflux - Please help

I am looking for some advice with mouth ulcers that are appearing basically every week now, and are located every where inside mouth. On cheeks, tongue, gums... It is very annoying and frustrating.
I have been dealing with this by using Gaviscon (UK version), and it helps with the healing process, but they continue to show up.

I have suffered from mouth ulcers (canker sores, aphthous...) since I was 26-27 years old and came from eating acidic fruits (oranges specially), so I avoided them, but for the last 3 years ( I am 50 years old) the mouth sores came back and now more often without eating oranges (So, I stopped all fruits), but mouth sores continue.

In Aug 2020 I was diagnosed with LPR (Larynx-pharynx reflux) and in Sept 2020 I had a surgery to wrap the valve in esophagus so the acid doesn't come up (Nissen fundoplication) and it was very traumatic ( I had a lot of anxiety after surgery), I thought why I did this? But I kept going, and my old symptoms: heartburn and coughing, post nasal drip, hoarseness, irritated throat, stomach gas, etc... from acid came back.

In Dec 2020 I started a very strict low fat and went back to take antacids: Nexium and Pepcid. This protocol helped a lot. But I developed dry mouth, and tongue (even dry nose with dry bloody mucous). Maybe from the antacids?

So, I started seeing an homeopath and he gave me Ars Alb, and helped a lot with anxiety, insomnia, post nasal drip, sneezing from allergies, but not with heartburn or dry mouth, or mouth ulcers.

I took the Ars Alb 30c once a day for two months. Then I stopped it because of my budget (each visit was more than $100 every 3 weeks). And also because my hair has started falling horribly and I always had good hair. I thought (hair falling) was due to the Ars Alb. I stopped Ars Alb 6 days ago.

The mouth ulcers are showing up every week basically. I am ulcer free from 2-3 days, and then a new one comes. I can tell when is coming because the sides of my tongue hurt horribly, like is burning.

I was diagnosed last week with High blood pressure, and I will start taking a medicine for that next week.

-I am a female,
-50 years old,
-married,
-no kids ( by own decision),
-an introvert person,
-no big traumas in my life, but traumas that for "normal" people would have been easy to cope; for example the surgery, or dealing with difficult people, it is hard for me to face them, or stand up for myself, and I always beat myself up mentally, for not saying anything, or pressure at work ( I work straight non stop, and get very stressed if I don't do all I need to do).

-I am very sensitive and I worry a lot for what for "normal" people are small things.

-I always think of the worst case scenario
- My mind is very active when I go to bed, so it is difficult to fall sleep, I fall sleep at around 11pm and wake up at 3-4 am. Not feeling tired, but like I have never stopped thinking. I also feel anxious in social situations thinking that people don't like me or will think less of me. I don't give me enough credit for my achievements, I don't have much motivation, I don't think I am good for anything. I have low self esteem.

I am a bit afraid of continue taking Ars Alb because ( I am new to homeopathy) I know it is arsenicum (poison). I tried Nat Mur and it increased my blood pressure. However I stopped it ( 4-6 weeks ago) and the blood pressure is still high, so doctor prescribed a medicine (my mother suffers from HBP) and I am back to no sleeping well.

I would appreciate any input, specially if you consider I should continue with Ars Alb to help me reestablish health and see if the mouth ulcers and heartburn associated symptoms disappear. If so, for how long, how much?
