Thanks for your suggestions. I eat normal home cooked Indian vegetarian food which is not oily or much spicy. I eat food in sukhasana pose and do not lie or sit in recline position after food. I try to practice intermittent fasting most days and have my last meal by 6 pm. I do not feel that it is acid reflux since I get this cough problem every year after I catch cold, and once the cough starts, it continues for 2-3 months. I feel, if it was acid reflux, it will be a continuous problem instead of couple of months every year.
But I really appreciate your effort of going through my post and providing suggestions.

I would like to provide an update - my cough seems to be increased a little bit. Apart from getting the cough in morning, I am also coughing once or twice in the evenings as well.

The mucus is clear (transparent) most of the days but sometimes I have observed whitish tint as well.

Sir i have a problem that some words or sentences move in my mind without thinking also i am irritated with this words or sentences which moves in my mind even if i am busy i am irritated with this whenever I read something on newspaper the words move in my brain without thinking also that words or sentences with this i am not able to concentrate on my work plz suggest some medicine sir

Sir my age is 20 i am from india my sleep is also disturbed because of urine in between the sleep i also have overthinking issue i sometimes dream about the relative s school etc when i wake up i feel stressed up i don't feel fresh while waking up in the morning sir sexual thoughts also occur while waking up from the sleep which make me irritated any kind of noise is not tolerable to me lack of concentration i cant concentrate on any work sir i have anxiety of small small things for example if the task will accomplish or not less self confidence also a feeling of defeat is installed in my mind health anxiety is also that i shouldn't get incurable disease while taking to others i cant look at their face a fear come in my mind that the person will slap me while seeing opposite sex bad thoughts like kissing hugging moving hand on their stomach appears etc please help sir this is my case

And i am also having dry cough problem with itching and with benign faculiation syndrome which feels that something is crawling on my skin all over the body any thought will come in my mind about another person and that person picture will be created in my mind jealousy also there about another person etc

I have overthinking about future that which job i will get what Will be the job condition job starting at the age of 27 etc etc i will work in gulf country only not india this kind of overthinking is there i get fear for small small things also sir for completing small task for example while going to market will i get taxi or not will the market will be open or not from childhood i have shy attitude I don't have guts to do some risk taking work sir no kind of any relationship etc

Any kind of scene is created in my mind my mind is mastering in creating scence also scence of any person whom i am not knowing i didn't have scene that person scene of anything which i have not seen etc

I would like to update on the cough. I followed the protocol for 7 days. There was no cough or mucus on the 5th and 6th day. But today (7th day) after getting up in the morning, I got some cough and whitish mucus. Apart from the morning cough, there is no cough anytime during day or night. Please suggest.
