Weakness

I need help with weakness before or during my period. I am 48 years old and having this problem for the past 2 years.
I have had problems with heavy periods and spotting all month. Then, I got IUD and now I get my period every 6 weeks. Two days heavy then very light.
The weakness is either two days before the period or the first two days of period.
I also have hypothyroid for the past 15 years and take allopathic medication for it. TSH levels are normal.
