Left Shoulder Pain
Hi Dr. AnujThis time I am writing for myself… since covid 19 was announced I have been working from home, which meant longer sitting hours and bad postures over last 18 months resulting into pain It is in left shoulder blade and the muscle between spine and left shoulder. I have been applying ointments and hot and cold packs but it keeps coming back. I even started Physio and had 5 sessions, after 3 sessions it was much better but that weekend I was feeling better and I went for a walk and everything came back like more severe… Physio told me to cold packs and come back when the pain goes away
I even had X-ray for neck and ultrasound for my shoulder but doctor nothing abnormal which could be causing this
I still need to sit and work on my computer and I feel as saying progresses by the end of day I have pain, sometimes even lying on my back there is pain the muscle and I have to sleep on my sides. It seems overtime some muscles get tired and they give up on me, sometimes when I am standing and looking down with my neck stretched that the pain is a lot.Visibly I don’t see anything swollen
So thought of you and reaching out to you for help. Let me know if you need any more information
Regards
Sandeep
