I will need to order Sulphur 200 tomorrow.
Do I need to stop protocol before I will get it (may be it will take 2 days) or continue before I will get Sulphur 200 ?
And also I need to order more other drops for protocol because they almost run out.

Is it ok that I started to use magnesium citrate as a stool softener ( but have not noticed any effect yet)?

Also I want to take Chelated Copper in tablets.
I've heard that people with any kind of hernia (and rectocele is a hernia as well) has copper deficiency.
Can I take it at the same time with homeopathic drops or not?

I have received Sulphur today and will take one dose tomorrow morning.
From yesterday a feel light burning sensation on a skin around anus.
Also i felt like it was small crack in in skin wrinkle and applied some panthenol cream overnight.
It is much better today.

Magnesium citrate caused constipation so I do not take it any more and had enema at the end of the day.
Yesterday I took 1 tbsp of flax oil before bed and also I take 1 tea spoon of baking soda with water and ACV every morning.
But still do not have a soft stool.

I've ordered MORINGA POWDER and hope it will help me.

This is my main problem.
I read that rectocele itself can cause constipation.

Does MORINGA have side effects?
How long can I take it?
What kind of food I have to avoid?
I already lost about 3 kg in 2 month because I definitely cut food because of bowel movement problems connected to prolapse.

I just read that Moringa can also cause constipation.
I have received Moringa powder today and took one portion after lunch but did not see effect even at 9pm.
Also I read that Moringa is difficult to digest.

I have Cascara Sagrada bark at home but will give another try to Moringa tomorrow morning.

FEEDBACK AFTER 4 DAYS.

Unfortunately I still have not noticed any difference or improvement.
Prolapse the same (bulge when stool starts to move), I have to use irrigation enema, splinting does not work for me.
Still frequent urination (every 2-3 hours during a day) and in night time as well) and I cannot empty my bladder at night.
I feel that it is full or almost full but cannot urinate.
But about 9am and during a day urination bit easier.

I took Moringa powder all these days, celery juice in the morning and 1 tbsp of oil before bed but with no help for BM.
I even tried to press on acupressure points.
No result.
So still have to use enema :(

May be I need to stop protocol because I am scary that urine does not come out at night time even I wake up from the urge (2pm, 4 pm, 6pm).
And I've felt dryness and bitterness in my mouth at this morning.
Also few eczema blisters appeared on my finger again.
