I do not see any effect from Yalo tablets for my BM ( all the same) but my eczema worsens and very bad now on both hands :(
I have Sulphur 200 at home.
Can I take it for eczema or I need to order and take 1 dose only of Sulphur 30 ?

I already have Nat Mur 6x so will start today and just ordered Kali phos 6X and Sulpfur 30.

Received Kali phos and Sulhur only on Sunday but even with Nat Mut eczema was getting better.
Now the surface is clearing (old skin gradually flaking off).
I had an appointment with another urogynecologist about 3 weeks ago and he recommends an operation.
"Examination confirms a early Stage 3 rectocele (posterior prolapse) to +2 cm as well as significant cervical descent to around 4 cm above the hymenal ring. There were no masses and the uterus felt small and normal sized and the cervix appears normal."

Unfortunately surgery is the only option i hernias,until and unless not addressed at the most initial stage.BUT THE DEVELOPMENT is so gradual,that it is difficult to ascertain.
You may like to take a call.
If NM is suiting your condition at the moment,do no take any other remedies as of now.

My eczema flared up from yesterday.
Blisters on all surface (more on the edges) thicker skin, no itch.
But little bit better after taking NM only in the morning.
But getting bad again in the afternoon.

Eczema getting better, about 50% improvement by now.

But skin still reacts on water.

Unfortunately no any improvement with BM, I do irrigation every day.
And even after irrigation still something left in a pocket.
Stool not hard but lumpy or like plasticine so it comes to the exit (I have an urge in a morning) but does not come out.
I suppose that I have a spasm of sphincter so the exit is narrow now.
Sometimes kind of squeezing the area around anus helps to release a bit.
But I do irrigation anyway and wastes come out.
And even after irrigation still something left in a pocket.

I feel like pointed end plasticine at the exit when I try to do BM myself.
And it seems like stool stacks around anus inside so I press the area around and squeeze few pieces of stool out.
And the rest of the stool is more soft when it comes out after irrigation.
Not gelatinous or jelly like.

One patch with eczema (on my right hand finger) getting bit puffy by this evening and bad skin stopped to flake off.
Few small blisters appears on the left hand finger.
No itch.
I will try to order Silicea 6X tomorrow but will get it only after Xmas.

Everything was closed because of public holidays so will order Silicea 6X tomorrow.
Eczema is almost the same but little bit better.
