Used irrigation in last 2 days.

Eczema quite bearable - bit worse in the morning and better during a day.
It is also can be a reaction to smoked salmon but fatty fish helped me with a BM 2 days ago.
Also I eat cooked veges and beetroot/sour kraut salads.
Today I also had normal BM ( 2 times - in 1pm and 7pm).
Stool soft not hard.
But a bulge appeared during a process.
I do not splint because it does not help.
But I am afraid about tissue stretching.

I have NV supply for another 2-3 days.
thank you

Continue Nux,get a new bottle.

I am sending you a link of youtube video. If you can follow without any discomfort, then it will help in toning up the muscles .

Feedback after 4 days.

Thank you for the link but I read that squatting (especially a deep squatting) is strongly prohibited for women with prolapses.
I can try other exercises which are safe in my situation.

I am going to see a pelvic floor physio therapist when we will move to Level 2 lockdown.

thanks again.

I was analysing the case agai.

Can you please specify/elaborate on this u/m statement.

#even soft stool goes to the wrong direction
anuj srivastava 8 months ago
I mean it goes to the pocket and makes a bulge.
This is a main problem with rectocele.
And rectocele is a cause of constipation :(
I ate more fiber and it makes feces more bulky and it comes to the exit but I cannot eliminate it without strain which I must avoid.
So I have to use enema.

thank you for your time and help

Thank you.
Will order Alumina 30 tomorrow and cell salt (Calc Fluor 6, right?).
How many drops of Alumina 30? 5 drops each time?
YellowTulip 8 months ago
5 drops each time? YES.

Feedback after almost 5 days.
I do not see any noticeable changes but I suppose it needs more time.
And my eczema not getting worse.

I still use enema every day ( in the evening time) and had only 1 BM without enema.
Also sometimes even with enema the bowel not fully emptied.
I followed an advice to lean back during defecation (almost horizontally) and it helped to release more feces even after using enema.
Looks like some feces stays in a rectum pocket :(

If leaning back to pass stool is a perpetual issue then only one remedy is there in MM,ie MEDORRHINUM.

As of now continue the same protocol for a week and see.
anuj srivastava 7 months ago
Ok, thank you, will continue protocol.

I only wanted to try leaning back and did it twice and it helped stool to get out.
But the bulge forming in this position also.

And I never have a success with splinting, it stops process and I afraid that I do it in a wrong way. .

I forgot to tell you that I started to take Herbolax tablets (from Himalaya) as mild laxative but also do not see noticeable effect.
Thank you
YellowTulip 7 months ago
Try YALO TABLETS,if you are from India. It is a very potent homeopathic laxative.Starts With only two tabs as against four recommended.
anuj srivastava 7 months ago
No, I am not from India, I purchased Herbolax in indian shop.

I know that senna tablets not good for a long time use and bring more harm but may be homeopathic tablets are different.

Used enema today (11pm) and stool was very lumpy, about 10 separate pieces in walnut size.
Never had it before even I eat the same food every day - poridge, vege soup, little bit of chicken meat, vege juice, herbal tea.
May be I need take more water and fresh fruit.

Google gives me many different results but I do not know which tablets to choose.
And this site does not let me show you the link.
Cannot attach saved photo :( even less than 64K, and less than 468 pixels

Sorry but I am still not clear which brand to buy.
Lords Ylo Tablets have different spelling.

Haslab LaxYALO comes in caplets or in large tablets (10 in one pack).
YellowTulip 7 months ago
Go in for LORDS.

I had BM without enema on Monday and Tuesday, no BM on Wednesday but today ( at 2pm) I had BM with difficulties even with irrigation and glycerine suppository.
Stool was very hard ( but I eat all the same every day) and water from irrigation could not come out because some stool stayed inside like a plug.
Finally some feces passed out but I am going to have another enema bit later to rid of the rest.
YellowTulip 7 months ago
Same protocol to be followed.
