Autism - Waking up at 4-5 am and constipation

My child who is 6 years old and has autism has started to wake up at 4-5 am and is getting constipated. We used belladona and chamomilla so wondering if one of those disturbed the sleep pattern and caused constipation.....

Here is some general information on his current behaviour.

Irritated, wants to be held all the time. Sometime he has like hot flushes, like something is happening to him and he cries and screams after and wants to be held. Since last october has started to stay naked in the house, this improved in december but since April or May started again, also started again to touch his privates and chew on his undershirt. If he is naked tries sometime to bite his chest above the nipple. Has started to wake up early like 4-6 am, we rock him and goes back to sleep. He is 6 years old, but looks like a 3 year old and has lost weight recently (2 kg). He weighs 17 kg, 108 cm long. Likes motion and can be on a swing for hours. Likes pressure, gets aggravated in a hot room. Used to have good focus but does not want to do anything now, just playing with some magnets. He also used to like books but has not touched them in a year. . OCD has always been his major problem, but now is worse. We have to sing wheels on the bus all day, but does not like to listen music in computer, maybe the noise bothers him. He likes to make rhymes (number 2 number 2 you love me and I love you)....struggles with transitions and has rigidity to routines. His communication is about needs and demands. Recently he is irritated all the time and cries for no reason. Cannot stay alone, wants constant attention otherwise gets bored and cries. Very attached to his father who holds him all day. He likes humming and I guess music as he used to sing a lot of songs last year but now wants us to sing wheels on the bus all day, like he wants us to constantly give him attention. Sometimes moves the hand in front of his eyes, (visual stimming that started 2 years ago). We have mouthing and smelling (he likes to smell ceratain things). When he is not in flare he can play with toys, but not now. No interest in children or socializing. Can be silly and run across the street if we do not hold his hand. Recently being prone to some constipation. What is really making our life difficult right now is his irritability and need to be held and rocked all the time.
