Oh, and I forgot to mention that I missed my nightly dose tonight because I am not at home where my remedy is. Is that going to totally mess up my 4 days of treatment so far?

Arnica will never cause any problems with your stomach. Remember that at the 30c potency you are using a remedy that has been diluted (potentized) to the equivalent of 1 drop of the remedy mixed into the water of all the oceans of the world ! At that extreme dilution it cannot possibly cause you and gastric distress.
You do not have be hypersensitive about missing the remedy which you can take it when you can but it is best to keep to the standard dose of at least 2 doses per day.
If you live in India you are advised to use the Arnica 30c in Ethanol which you can get in 10ml dropper bottles and you can use just 2 drops in a 500ml bottle of spring water to make the remedy.

I'm not really sure why it wouldn't be working, but I'd give it at least two weeks before you give up on it. I don't think missing one dose should be a big deal, but that's really a question for Mr. Joe.
Trust me, I know how frustrating acne can be, but it's really just a matter of trying things and trying things until you find something that works for you.

I'm not going to need the dosage with ethanol as I live in the US. I'll continue with your prescribed dosage. You didnt mention anything about the tea I've been drinking...is it going to antidote the remedy?

Tea is absolutely OK. It does not have the same proportion of Caffein that coffee does, although it has Amphetamines which give that pickup feeling after a cup.
You must avoid all meats that contain Saltpeter like sausages, ham and bacon and all fizzy drinks which are usually laced with the most dangerous pick me ups like Caffein and Cocaine and also sugar or Aspertame.

Run your symptoms on the Remedy Finder on ABC and you will come up with an all-together different name of the med for you !! Surely not Arnica.

Hi Pankaj,
I did that and found the remedy to be aloe socotrina. I have never heard of that remedy before...I guess I can give it a try after arnica.
I'm sure the more symptoms I add on the Remedy Finder, totally different remedies will be given. I didnt even put dark circles under eyes, irritability, etc...
I'm new to homeopathy, so I dont really know what to expect, to be honest I'm hopeless at the moment with medicine since I've taken almost all of the antibiotics including accutane. I know that my skin hyperpigmentation and weakness is mostly due to all the antibiotics I have taken. It will take me a while to cure myself completely, if possible with homeopathy. This is basically my last resort.

Hi Pankaj,
I'm not sure what you meant by asking which 3 meds appear on the Remedy Finder...I only see one everytime i run my symptoms through...I did it again with all of the symptoms you indicated in your message (which are all correct by the way) and this time it suggested Argentum Nitricum. I 'm confused as I do not know which remedy to take...everytime a minor thing is said slightly differently on the Remedy Finder, it gives a completely different remedy.
So far, it's my 6th day with arnica wet dose. I dont have really painful lesions, but I still have whiteheads, and red bumps. Yesterday I got three whitheads on my forehead where there was none before...and one on both cheeks where I usually get them. I still have tiredness, hungry very quickly, mostly shortly after breakfast. My dark circles under eyes seem to be worse ...especially later on in the day. My hunger is intolerable though, but I know that's probably due to my hypoglycemia which the doctor had diagnosed.
Your indication of a weak liver sounds really probable, however no one has indicated it to me before. Where should I go from here Pankaj? Should I continue arnica for the complete 2 weeks? I really want to start the remedies that will help me with quick results, but maybe i should finish this one.
I should probably note that today I noticed something reddish in the toilet after I used it. I have never seen that before, and I just happened to see it today. any comments on that?

My guess was right. Second med in the grid is China.
For skin problems...Sulphur and Merc.
So take meds as follows:
Sunday:
Sulphur 200...one dose...three consective Sundays. No more.
Wednesdays:

Yes.no coffee, garlic, raw onion, high spice food, drugs, smoking, alcohol etc.
Med...half hour before or after eating and brushing teeth.

Silicea will be required to end the case....but not at the start.
Take the meds I have suggested..a lot of thinking and analysis has gone into the case before making those suggestions.

I just wanted to tell you that I ordered the remedies you recommended yesterday from this website. The 200 potencies were not available at the store I usually purchase the meds from. So, it might take a couple of days before I recieve them.
I also wanted to ask you if you know the reason why body temperature stays cold? I mean my body gets cold very quickly and it's very uncomfortable for me. I get lots of goosebumps, neck shivers, dry wrinkly hands and fingers, it's almost intolerable. Even in the warmest weather, I take hot showers to relieve my stress and get my body back to a happy and functional state. Could this also be related to your suspicion of a weak liver? I cannot handle cold air conditioners, I usually have to walk out in the hot sun numerous times during breaks from my classes at school, or else I'm very uncomfortable.
I just want to be able to know that this is related to my liver. It's really depression to not know why all this is happening. While other girls are wearing shorts and t-shirts, I'm cold even in my pants and long sleeve shirts. I really want to get well, I have a long and intense life ahead of me. I want to go to medical school, and there's no way I can do that with my sluggish health.

Ok you have given me another important symptom.
Also order:
Psorinum 1M
along with other meds. If you are living in USA/Canada...the health food stores stock only upto 30C potencies.
In your case ...need to use higher potency of meds.
Your problem is a constitution problem....will get corrected and you will enjoy better health and a glowing skin.

I will order the psorinum 1M, however I just noticed that this website is out of that remedy. Where else can I order it from? I live in the US so the food stores probably don't carry that potency.
Would you please elaborate on your statement that this is a 'constitution problem'. I also forgot to mention that I tend to sleep too much. I try very hard to wake up early in mornings, however it is very difficult for me. For example if I sleep at midnight, then I usually wake up around 9 or 10am. Another reason could be that I dont fall asleep as soon as I'm in bed, usually it takes me 30 minutes if I'm really tired, and upto 1-2 hours. My mind wanders with many thoughts of the future and the past..many many thoughts. Usually in the morning I turn off my alarm clock thinking that I should get up, and fall back asleep without realizing it. For a young girl, like me I should be sleeping much less with steady energy. Sorry to keep adding symptoms...but I am recalling them day by day as I'm speaking to you. This is not the most critical problem for me at this time, but it is a concern. any ideas?
