Let me explain to you a few things:
China I gave you coz I wanted you to bring up your energy level...as so many anti-biotics drain it. It also helps to clear out depressive thoughts/headaches etc.
And see the gud it has done to your eyes.
It also does great help during periods ////as you have confirmed.
For the acne it is Sulphur and Psorinum....Merc Sol helps in clearing another miasm if it exists.
You have taken two doses of Sulphur...that is enough.
Now take Psorinum 1M...that day no other med. (Internally...the single dose keeps working for at least 10 to 15 days)
From next day ...China and you can take Nat Phos. ....no Arnica yet.
Arnica generates lot of heat in the body ...will increase your itchiness.
These meds will give you sound sleep too.

Ok, thank you so much for making that clear. I really appreciate it Pankaj. I will start psorinum soon, and continue with china. I definetly had benefits from taking china.
One more question about the bumps on my upper eyelids. It's really noticeable and people are constantly asking me why they are there. I don't know why I have them, but it is getting worse, and looks really bad. Now they are spreading on my eyebrows and a little above them. Kuldeep had suggested antimonum crudum 30, but I'm not sure if it's 30x or 30c.
What do you think? Should I try that remedy, do you think it might help?

I will send you the picture as soon as possible. Meanwhile, I recieved my order of psorinum 1M, and it does not indicate on the bottle how much to take. Also, on the next day after psorinum, should I continue to take china 4 times a day or less?

I just took my dose of psorinum, and ten minutes later I had a bite of some spicy bread. As soon as I realized that I should not have eaten right after the dose, I stopped eating. I'm worried now, did that couple of bites antidote the remedy. Please let me know.

Hi Pankaj,
My nose was very runny yesterday, just clear fluid with sneezing. Throat has thick yellow stuff coming out today. Along with headaches, worse at evening time. Also eyes are getting watery. I think I am better today that yesterday and the day before however. Hopefully I do not need any motrin tonight. I'm drinking lemon/honey in hot water, and gargling with salt water.
Your comments are really appreciated.

Did this cold come up after taking Sulphur or after taking Psorinum ?
(the first dose of Psorinum also wud have worked to some extent).
How often are you drinking water and how much ..each time ? (after the cold started)

Dear Pankaj,
My cold started pretty soon after taking my second dose of sulphur 200.
I was not drinking much water at the time of taking the remedies and even after the cold. But, now for two days I've been drinking alot of water. Not more that half a tall glass at a time.
By the way, I took my second dose of psorinum yesterday. My cold is alot better now, I'm almost back to normal except for the throat issue. I just took some nat phos after eating, so I will take china a little later.

Really? That is good to know. To update you on my acne, it is doing much better. I have no cystic acne! I have tiny bumps in some areas of the face, but I am so happy that I have no more of the pus filled ones.
One question is should I continue to take china 4 times a day or less?
Also, is it okay to drink dark black tea while on remedies? What about decaff coffee?

I am waiting to see the response of Sulphur and Psorinum....which continue to benefit for 2 to 3 weeks atleast.

I am noticing a bloating problem the last couple of days. I have so much bloating with pain, and cannot pass stool, the pain increases in the evening to night. Even with the nat phos I am not seeing a difference. I drink a good amount of water throughout the day. I also noticed that I was very sleepy today even with 10 hours of sleep. After some housework, my neck and spine gets very tired. I feel like just sitting or lying down. My eyes seem to want to shut, and they are not as bright looking.
However, after psorinum, I took china only once on the day after, and twice today.
Are these symptoms the cause of any wrongdoing on my part? My acne seems to be under control but I dont know what's happening elsewhere...
