hi brother no i have never got injury to testicles no any pain during ejaculation and i am also healthy but this pusscells matter is still with me so please suggest me a good one medicine so that i could come out from this situation now my age is 31 and i got married 5 years before .i will pray for you please suggest me a good one medicine so that i can get a good result stay blessed dear sir

Take silicea 200 - 3 pills daily in the morning before food.
Also take Ginseng Q - 5 drops in half cup water three times a day before food.
Avoid drinking coffee and sour items while taking medicines.
