symphytum q--question

I am currently taking symphytum mother's tincture twice a day. Firstly, must I take this with water? Will something negative happen if I take the medicine droplets without water? Also, is there any other way to take symphytum besdies the lqiuid, such as pills or granules?

Also, is Merc Sol supposed to be swallowed? It does not dissolve under my tongue.
